1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use billionesia.com and its pages (the “site”). The site is run by Billionesia LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“Billionesia”, “we” or “us”).
By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it. If you use the site for a company, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for that company.
Our privacy policy and cookie notice explain how we handle personal data, and they are separate from these terms.
2. Who the site is for
The site is for businesses and people acting for a business, aged 18 or over. It isn’t aimed at children or at people shopping for themselves.
3. Nothing here is an offer
The site describes our services. Nothing on it is an offer that can be accepted, and sending us a form doesn’t create a contract. Any work together is covered by a separate signed reseller agreement. If that agreement and these terms ever disagree, the signed agreement wins.
4. Channels, countries and figures
The channels and countries on the site show where we can help a brand sell. They aren’t a promise about your brand. In particular:
- A channel being listed doesn’t mean we hold an account there today, or that it has approved or endorsed us.
- Each marketplace makes its own decisions about sellers and products, and it can change its rules or close.
- Whether a market is open to you depends on your product, its documents and the local rules.
- Example reports and worked examples use sample figures, and they are labeled. They aren’t results for any brand or a promise of future results.
5. General information, not advice
Our articles, comparison pages and market notes are general information. They aren’t legal, tax, customs or financial advice, and they don’t create an adviser relationship with you. Fees and rules change, and they depend on your product and where you are. Each page shows when we last checked it and names its sources, so please check the current position before you act.
6. Our content and yours
We or our licensors own the site’s text, design, images, map and code. You may read, print and share pages for your own business purposes, and you may link to any page. You may not copy, sell or republish large parts of the site, or use it to build a competing database or to train software, without our written permission.
You keep ownership of what you send us. You give us permission to use it to reply to you and to discuss working together. Please send only accurate information that you are allowed to share, and don’t send confidential material through the forms before we have a written agreement.
7. Trademarks
Marketplace names and logos are trademarks of their owners. We use them only to describe where products can be sold. Billionesia is an independent seller, and these companies don’t sponsor or endorse us or this site. If you own a mark and would like us to change how it appears, please tell us and we will look at it promptly.
8. Using the site properly
You agree not to:
- break or try to get around the site’s security, except as our security research rules allow
- overload the site, or collect its content with automated tools that put a burden on it
- send spam, malware or false information through the forms
- send other people’s personal data through the forms without the right to do so
- pretend to be someone else, or use the site to break any law or sanctions rule
9. Links to other sites
We link to other websites as sources and for reference. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for what they say or do. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
10. Changes and availability
We may change, pause or remove any part of the site at any time. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be either.
11. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent the law allows, the site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. That includes warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
12. Limit on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Billionesia won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Because the site is free to use, our total liability to you for anything arising from it is limited to US$100.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit, such as liability for fraud, and nothing here affects rights you have under mandatory law where you live. This section covers the website only. Any signed agreement between us has its own terms.
13. If your use causes a claim
If you use the site for a business and a third party brings a claim against us because you broke these terms, your business agrees to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim.
14. Law and disputes
Please talk to us first. Most problems can be solved that way. If we can’t solve a dispute within 30 days, these terms and any dispute about the site are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The state courts in Sheridan County, Wyoming and the federal courts for the District of Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law where you live says otherwise.
15. Other terms
If part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce something right away, we can still enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights under these terms, but we may do so as part of a business sale or reorganization.
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. The new version applies from that date.
