What happens next

  • We confirm it’s you. We reply to the email on your request. If we need more to be sure, we will ask for the minimum.
  • We look for your details. We check our forms, emails and business records.
  • We answer. We aim to reply within 30 days. If it will take longer, we will tell you why and when to expect it.
  • If we can’t do all of it. We will explain why. For example, tax law may require us to keep an invoice.
  • If you disagree. Send this form again and choose “Appeal a decision”, or go to your regulator. Our privacy policy lists them.

The marketplace holds your account and payment details, and it handles those requests itself. We can deal with the order details we received as the seller. It helps if you tell us the marketplace and order number.
