Questions
What brands ask us first.
What does “authorized reseller” mean?
You appoint Billionesia in writing to sell your products. We are the seller customers see on the marketplace, using our own accounts, in the countries and channels named in the agreement.
Do I need seller accounts or companies abroad?
No. For the markets we run, the seller accounts, registrations and local arrangements sit on our side.
Do I lose control of my brand?
No. You keep your brand and your trademark. You approve the brand content we use, and the agreement sets out the countries and channels we cover.
How are prices set?
We agree a pricing plan for each market up front, based on your recommended prices, local competition and landed cost. Competition law in some regions limits how far a supplier can fix a reseller’s prices, so we build plans with that in mind.
How and when do I get paid?
You get paid for what sells. The rates and payment schedule are written into your reseller agreement before anything goes live.
Who looks after tax and customs?
We do, for the markets we run. We’ll ask you for the product facts we can’t get elsewhere, such as materials, origin, test reports and safety documents.
Can I keep selling on my own?
Yes. The agreement names what we cover. Everything else stays with you, including your own store and your home market if you want.
We already sell on Amazon at home. Is that a problem?
Usually not. We start where you aren’t selling and agree who covers what, so you aren’t competing with your own reseller.
We aren’t a US brand. Can you still help?
Yes. We work with brands from other countries too, taking them to the US and to any other market in our network.
What do you need from us to start?
Proof that you own the brand or can appoint a reseller, a product list with barcodes and dimensions, and any certificates you already hold.
Which products can’t you sell?
Anything a marketplace or country restricts for that product type. If there’s a blocker, we’ll tell you at the fit check rather than after you’ve signed.
Start with one market.
Tell us what you sell and where you sell it today. We’ll come back with the first three markets we’d open, and why.
